Yes, our Clip Lock 700 machine is designed for high tensile steel like G550.
We use around 26 forming stations, so the forming stress is distributed gradually, which is very important when running high tensile material.
The rollers material is Cr12 with heat treatment, which ensures long life and stable forming when running G550.

 

2.What thickness can the machine run?

Normally the machine can run 0.4mm – 0.6mm thickness material.
0.47mm and 0.53mm are the most commonly used thickness in South Africa market.
If you need to run thicker material like 0.8mm G550, we will reinforce the machine structure and use stronger motor.
