Description

The current Garden Bed Roll Forming Machine is specifically made for use with garden beds and planters. Roll forming the pre-painted steel coil into corrugated at first, then hydraulic punching and cutting off as required length, bend the sheet into required arc as final garden bed need by our our corrugated iron curving machine. The garden box sheet roll forming machine‘s screw nuts on the machine frame is adjustable, so this machine is suitable for 0.3mm to 0.6mm PPGI sheet.

 

 

Machine Details

This is corrugated sheet roll forming machine but special used for garden bed used, this garden bed roll forming machine adopts dual-cylinder punching, punching two rows of holes at a time, the punching dies are made from Cr12 steel, heat-treated; the punching head can be quickly disassembled or adjusted, and the number of holes to be punched on the product can be easily and quickly set.

 

Whole roll forming line has 45# steel rollers coated in hard chrome for increased durability, and it is intended to process 0.6mm thickness 350Mpa materials. High-quality curves are produced by the corrugated iron curving machine through three exact shaping phases.

 

 

The arc degree and arc length can be insepcted by photoelectric sensors, and all product datas can be set on PLC control system’s touch screen. This flower box roll forming machine ensures effective performance with a 3KW drive motor and a 0.75KW servo motor for up and down movements. It is perfect to produce different radius garden beds for market need!

All lengths and quantities will be set through the touch screen on PLC contro system.

 

When the product length is 400-900mm, the position of the cutting device can be adjusted by hand, and punching and cutting are performed simultaneously in one action;

 

When the product length exceeds the range of 400-900mm, punching and cutting are performed in two actions, and the length is not limited, with a length accuracy of ±1mm.
