Our hat channel roll forming machine line has includes: steel decoiler, feeding guide and leveling device, hydraulic pre-shear, roll forming system, hydraulic universal cutting, hydraulic station, PLC controlled system and run out table.

Material Leading & Levelling Device

One pair of leading roller for guiding steel sheet into hat channel forming machine

Roll Forming Section

Gear/ sprocket driving: 16 steps to form+5 steps for shaping

Shaft diameter: 80/65mm

Shaft material: 45# steel, Precision Machined

All the forming rollers are manufactured from Gcr15

After being machined by the precise machine tool

Rollers are plated with hard chrome with a thickness of 0.05mm on the surface.

Roller shafts are tooled twice by the grinding machine to guarantee the accuracy

Machine frame base material: H350

Main motor =18.5KW(Servo Motor), with reducer, Frequency speed control

forming speed: 25-30m/min (not include punching and cutting action)

 

Hydraulic Universal Cutting Device

All sizes changing can be set on touch screen, button adjust a little
