Model: YX65-99/350 Formwork Frame Forming Machine Designed and manufactured specifically for G700MPA cold-rolled high-strength steel coil thickness: 1.6mm This formwork frame roll forming machine can produce two widths of formwork frames: 99mm and 350mm, the two sizes share a single set of cutting blades, eliminating the need for blade changes and saving production time. Utilizes a direct gearbox drive system for powerful and stable power.

 

 

Technical Features

Forming stations: 29 Steps Forming accuracy reaches ±0.5mm. Equipped with a servo-assisted shearing system for high-speed continuous production. Production speed is approximately 10-13 m/min. Post-forming punching ensures precise hole placement. Dual-station punching design on the side improves processing efficiency.
